Okay, I'll be getting the 100,000km service done soon, however I'll be buying the parts needed myself. (have a mate who works for R&E Auto)
I've searched all though the service manual and can't find what I actually need to change.

Could someone please give me a list, along with any recommended brands for parts.
Also what kind of gearbox oil is required. I'm considering getting some Redline to see how that goes.

Okay well I got the parts required today, which consisted of:

1 x Ryco Oil Filter
1 x Ryco Fuel Filter
1 x Castrol Formula R Synthetic Oil 5W-30
3 x NGK Laser Platinum Spark Plugs (rear bank)
3 x NGK Spark Plugs (front bank)
1 x Gates Highly Saturated Nitrile Timing Belt

All for $187.27

Just waiting on the gearbox oil to come in.
Is there anything else that should be changed? Are spark plug leads or anything?
