Could someone please save the attached image, and label important bits and peices... (resonator, intake manifold etc etc - the important bits)
ive tried looking in books but i cant make sense of it, because it isnt MY engine if you understand...
very appreciated :)

Now if you see in Killbilly's labeling it says resinator boxes (hard to see). Thats what you have to take off. You'll need a phillips head screwdriver and the poweraide lids i was talking about. Just take those boxes off and put the lids in with the lid thread facing outward

i must have missed something but whats the lids going to do??
i've got like an identicle car as MAGNAfy! aka Vaeril, so anything said helps.
ps. they had to put the airbox so bloody close to the battery didn't they?

There's actually 4 engine mounts..you can only see one in that pic..
One on each side of the engine bay...but now you know what one looks like the others will be easy to spot.

What are the advantages to having it removed as opposed to keeping it there?
And where are those lids for sale, if I decide to remove it?

there at bunnings. thats where i got mine
i just put mine back on because the noise sounded crap, and it was very awkward driving when cold (slow then fast etc) and it shook too much at high revs.. it definetly makes a difference in pulling power, but probably only as much as a k&n filter would...

Try it. If it doesnt do anything, put them back.
