Im a little curious about 3.0 & 3.5 (4 Spd auto) LPG consumption. Im looking out to buy a TH or TJ for a driving school car and i want one on gas ( i think!). Do Mitsu V6's take well to gas or am i just wasting my time even thinking about it? Everyones input on this would be appreciated :D

Doesn't matter what it is, if it's a spark engine then it's probably going to be cheaper to run on LPG. If your after a later model Magna with LPG, go for one with a factory gas system if you can find one.

I get bout 19l 100km mostly highway with factory approved(not fitted but had the engine option) lpg on a 2001 tj but i haven't had to gas serviced yet so they might be able to tweak it a bit i think it should be bout the 15l mark per 100 km.The car itself runs just as well and maybe a bit more power on LPG.Even with increased consumption LPG is the far cheaper option I save bout $25 a week which will pay for insurance services etc.I agree with factory fitted or approved gas, might be hard to find but.Only seems to be bout 1 in 200 tjs on dual fuel though i think they made an lpg only but not sure :doubt: good luck I am very happy with mine :D

I know that this isn't for a 6cyl but this thread has some info about it. There's also a good link to some new gas injector site that uses injectors that actually increase your horsepower!
Cheaper fuel and more power! The holy grail is found :D
