View Full Version : Can someone please tell me the angle of the Magna rear seat?
Hey guys, can someone please tell me the rear seat angle of the TJ Magna (at least I think it's a TJ). Like this:

It is between 20-25 degrees but I don't have the car here so unfortunately I cannot measure it. :(
The angle of the backseat of my TF is around 47 degrees. Its not completely flat though. Should be the same as a TJ tho
47 doesn't sound right eek
might have to measure from the boot, not the front, depending what fhrx wants the measuement for.
sub box right?
Oopsies its suppposed to be around 77 degrees from the horizontal. I think TF_ADVAN got 75degrees. 47 degrees was the angle I used for the front of my box lol
and ddt, I hung a piece of string from the top of the boot down to the floor, and measured the distances. Horizontally from the back of the backrest, and length of string.
I have nearly 10 pages of scribble to sort thru- plans n stuff for when i did my boot install.

It's between 20 and 25 degrees from memory like 22 or something.
Can confirm if you're not in a rush FHRX.
Will be taking my boot apart this weekend.
Peace

I tell you what, you all seem to do a lot of measuring in your boot (10 pages  ) All i did was a one page scribble in which i guess angles, and then during the makin of the box, just made it all fit. Its not as bad as it sounds, there was logic to my madness(not much mind you) But yeah if you are making a box, i wouldn't want to do it until i had the car, cos you need to check and re-check everything. Such a pain in the bum. But as you can see by the pic next to my name (no idea what its called, i'll just call it pic next to name thing) well yeah it turned out ok

Thanks guys, I knew it was either 22 or 25... sounding like it's 25 degrees. It is for an enclosure yes (we try and make them before the car arrives)... :D
