I have a problem when car is moving and when I change gear the clutch has a spongey feel to it and I have to pump the clutch a few times before changing gear if I don't the gears grind cuase the clutch fells like it's not engaing, but when the the car is stationary with the engine running it feels fine and I have no problems only when the car is in motion.

I have bled the clutch many times and there is no trapped air, what else could it be and why dose it only do this when the car is moving?

check for oil around the slave cylinder, the thing which is at the front bottom of the gearbox and moves when you press the clutch peddal

check for oil around the bottom of the master cylinder, the thing where you fill the clutch fluid into (well actualy below it where the pump is)

check for fluid along the lines between the two, they are metal untill about 20cm before the slave cyl down on the front of the gearbox

also does it do it into every gear or only say 1st to 2nd then 2nd to 3rd. clunky gearboxs can be because of worn out syncro's or low transmission fluid.

let us know how u go with those 4 things

I'm not losing any fluid at all I have checked that, and yes is happens in all gears only while the car is in motion. I replaced gear box fluid about 2 months ago and oil level is fine.

it just sounds like its not disengaging enough, but a worn clutch will disengage early.

double check the lines and check how far your slave cyl pushes the throwout arm, compare it to someone with a working clutch
