Alright I ported the heads put everything back together. Its running fine but it has lost power.
Now I am sure its not the heads.
Ppl have told me it could be cam timing. What do you guys think about that?
Also us third gens can't adjust the ignition timing so it cannot be that, correct?

where was the power loss? down low? or high up in the rev range? have you just installed a new Throttle body? have you bottomed out at all or hit any thing?

have you given your car time to adjust to the new settings?

Yeah its been awhile so I am sure its adjusted. How long is it suppose to take?
I am loosing power midrange to topend (2nd gear, 3rd gear, etc). Got strong and improved 1st gear. Its a auto by the way.
I installed a used throttle body cause I messed my first one up a little bit when porting. No I haven't hit anything.

Check your camshafts are correctly aligned/timed to the main timing belt i.e. cog position/rotation.
Best of luck.

Well thanks!
Do you think it might be because I am running to lean and the ECU might be pulling back timing?
Also I did gain low end power it launches pretty good. Lost some power up top after 3K.
Talked to Dave from RPW, told me either I am running too rich or lean and I need to tune it.
