What are the real advantages of the EManage?

On a Stock TE manual

if it's completely stock then there's no point. But if you have exhaust, TB, header, then it will be worth your while.

Otherwise, just advance your timing a little and you will gain a tiny bit.

And what about with the headers, t\b, and exhaust?
