I beleive the QLD guys bought some urethane ones.

I can't seem to find the original thread but here one to look at http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13547&highlight=urethane+engine+mounts

But it looks like the urethane ones are too stiff and give lotsa vibe.

Use RPW. I have done so on my last two cars with no problems.

Not badly priced either.

They are strong and look alright too.

I'm taking my car in tommorrow to have the upper drivers side mount replaced under warranty. It seems it's not a case of if they break, but when.

Ralliart Boy, which ones have you had replaced and what difference have you noticed?

I had mine replaced last week under warranty, i took it in a week before that, had told them what needed replacing when i booked. When i went in to pick it up they said sorry we didn't have the mount! anyways it's done now. would like to get something a tad more rugged next time. What are peoples thoughts on the poly mounts(from people that have tried them)?

I changed the top driver side engine mount (the one that always breaks) with the RPW one.

Dont know about any difference that it made to the car as i changed it when i threw the RPW catalogue at the car. There was nothing wrong with the one that was in there, just wanted one.

But, in the process of fitting another RPW mount to my current car which has the engine mount already stuffed so i can comment more when that goes in.

i have just noticed some vibrations which i'm guessing is from the engine mount, although my shocks are completely rooted so that could have something to do with it.

it only happens after a good 1/2 hour of driving, and only under mild acceleration and de-acceleration. braking and WOT seems to stop it happening.
