On the weekend i plan on taking my front bumper off and having a bot of a look around. So does anyone know how to take it off and put it back on with the least of hassles

reomve grill,lights,indicators, undo bolts from inner guard that hold on the top of the bumper, couple of braces that go from the chasis to the bottom of the bar on the sides. Undo the two main support brackets for the main support.... you dont have to undo all the extra fog light brackets etc from the bar to get teh complete bar off the car.
