i was wondering if there would be any inprovements in performance i got a K and N panal filter and a rear sports exhaust and been running BP ultimate for 2 years now and would i get a better 1/4 time and a better 0-100km time

IMO

K&N Panel = Not much to get excited over for the 1/4 or 0-100
sports exhaust = Yes but only marginally, and only as much as a sports exhaust will offer... for my 3.0L Exec yes it was of benefit... if you have a VRX or sports I doubt it is going to make a huge impact. I assume it would be the whole exhaust, cat back... and then there is the muffler type.

Consider the CAI option and extractors... not forgetting insurance ;)

I have installed a powerchip it's got a custom cold air induction system it was dino tested at 187 Kw I pulled 13.9'S a Colder park race way in Melbourne!!!

My suggestion is extractors a high flow cat with 2.5' system at the back it will cost you around $1200.00, For around $200.00 go and get a K & N pod Fillter you will slash a least 1 to 1.5 seconds of you time with these mods!!

Powercips and unichips are not cheap but gaining at least 10 to 15 Kw on a 3.0Lt would make you very happy

My Verada with all these mods ganed 40 Kw (REAL POWER)

O an about the only time youll gain 40kw's is if you are upping the boost or adding a turbo...

awaiting to see if the 13 second verada man pokes his head up, personally i dont think its possible with those mods as mine is stock and no way would it get close to those times, ill be trying for 15"s soon though

You may notice a slight difference in the performance figures after those mods. You need some type of piggyback module to trick your ecu into giving you the full power that those mods can achieve(most likely around 10% extra power max).

Mine is an 4 speed auto as well last December I took it to Colder race way. 13.9 what a load of **** BITOLA= MINE RAN low 15"S

GO AND GET A SUPERCHARGER AND THEN GO AND RUN 13."S

PS: Powerchip Unichip 20 Kw at Wheels AND 187 KW *BE REAL MATE? MY VERADA WAS DINO TESTED WITH ALL THE ABOVE MODS AT 120KW AT THE WHEELS

TO GAIN 187KW AT THE WHEELS GO AND SPEND $10.000 PLUS THEN YOU MAY REACH THE POWER YOU SAID YOU GAINED!!!!!!

Funny how both bitola and nickmaso both joined days apart, both have similar mods (minus chip) on their Verada's and both are Maco.....

Another thing on TE mods, I want to get a ralliart kit... just wondering how this will go on fitting on a TE if it can? im pretty sure it can anyone else looked into this?is there much screwing around?
and would there be anychance of replacing a TE bonnet and grill with a TJ bonnet and grill?

Why not go for the V.R.X kit insted I know that they fit on a TE because in fast magna website there a few TE's in there with V.R.X kits

Ive been told that i would have to change the front bumber to do that cuz the vrx kit is just like an addon kit, but with a ralliart its replacing the whole front bumber Im looking to get the ralliart kit with out the wing, ii reakon it looks awsome, but vrx is a close second? anyone had a look into this like price wise?

Ralliart kits they do look good but they come with the price tag I was quoted around $2800 by morthern Mitsubishi at the start of this year
