I just want to make another annoying discussion thread about gearboxes...

Does anyone know if thier are any real physical diferences between a 2nd gen gear box and a 3rd gen?? Does anyone have any infomation on a the evo lancer gearbox or GTO gear boxes?

Do you think say you could get a gear box from another vehicle and it should..work?

What about housings and mount points...?

Same?? Similar...? You think a gear box in one, with minor modification can fit into another...?

well from the 2nd gen to the 3rd gen
they are on different sides of the car so wouldnt work interchanging sorry
