I notice my 97 auto magna tf isnt as fast as it was once.. it takes like double the time to accelerate now, i notice if i take a turn from a taffic light then have to go up a steep hill, i nearly have to push acclerate to the metel to get me some decent speed up the hill.. and also notice the car is much louder...

Im getting some injector cleaning liquid tomorrow..

have you been keeping to the service schedules? late services combined with torrid driving conditions usually hamper the car's performance significantly. if you haven't serviced your baby in a while, i'd recommened you save on the injector cleaner for the time-being and bring it in for a good tune-up at a good mechanic.

Could have something to do with that belt you cut off? I think that was you wasnt it?

get your injectors properly cleaned, you will be surprised

Thats what my problem is, injectors for sure.

MadMagna, what would you reccomend is the best to clean injectors as there are a number of methods.

Ultrasonic's i have been told are the way to go

dude how many k's have u done?Does any1 here know if this guys model has the platinum plugs in them?may need to be changed doode,4 ur sake,u hope not cause it's a pretty costly job ta do :cry:

yeh i got a 98 tf
got 3 platinum plugs at the back and just normal ones at the front

So its either my injectors need seriously cleaning or spark plugs replaced? Can I get a 2nd opinon on this?
