Should I get these or not?
The fact is that for $1000 I can get a set of 325mm x 35mm slotted roters (new) and a set of slightly used 4 spot calipers with road/track pads.

BUT $1000 is a lot of money for the sake ATM of filling up the 17" rims.

When I get a turbo setup ... welll then thats a different mater.

So what do others reckon...
If you could get the same deal would you do it?

If it was me i would definatly go for it as brakes are a big thing for me, they aren't just there to take up space behind your rims. Id especially do it if your looking at big kw gains in the future. And for $1,000 thats not a bad price.

It costs about that for the 2nd stage (or 1st) brake package from RPW.

i agree with blake totally. i think the average magna needs better brakes anyway. but if you want power, you wanna be able to control that power with good brakes too. and i'd upgrade the brakes over anything else first.

eh what are brakes good for. all they do is slow u down :badgrin:

TButcher, wherever you got your, or going to get your calipers from, ask if they have a 2nd pair lying around, cause your truly will snap them up!

I personally would take it for that price.

I assume your putting your fronts as your new rears, and these brakes as the new fronts?

ypu cannot put font to rear...
the rears are a rotor hub design.. they have an inner part used for the hand brake.
