With your mods, expect maybe 6-8kW ATW.

Also look at Haltech, there are more options, multiple maps etc but its more expensive. I had a unichip on my TE it gained 11kW on the dyno. That had extractors CAI, exhaust work, t/b and that was on 98Ron. Made the midrange much better. Was quite happy, the only thing is that if you do any more major mods then you have to get it retuned which can be quite expensive so I would say to all the other things first then put a chip on.

Depends on the situation however APS would have something to suit most situations just as the greddy unit is flexible. Just remember that the only two variables that are changed are ignition and injection and the unit that has the most control over these is the tuner. No good having the 'best' unit installed by a tuner who's no good.
Typically anywhere from 6 - 10 kW's at the wheels will be seen and as stated, depends on the car's tune from factory and age and what other modifications will aid air in and out.
Just remember that peak power isn't everything and typically the most noticeable increase will be mid range torque therefore, drivability.
