Is it mechanical or electronic?
I've got a mechanical guage in mine and their really easy to hook up.
I went to pirtec and got a T-piece so i could keep the factory sensor hooked up as well so the oil light still comes on, but you;ll know its time for more oil when the oil pressire gets low.
If you have a look on your sump, you'll see a round sensor about the diameter of a 20 cent piece with a wire coming out of the middle of it.
This unscrews, but is pretty tight.
I then put the t-piece in where this came from, and then screwed the factory sensor into one side of the T-piece, and the brass fitting that came with the gauge in to the other side of the T-piece.
I also bought about 2 meters of nylon piping from pirtec and some brass fittings for each end (the guys at pirtec are pretty good at helping you out with all this stuff, and its really cheap too. It cost me less than $10 to get the T-piece, tubing and fittings), as the copper piping that came with mine was to short to reach to where i wanted to mount the gauge in my car.
Just make sure you cable tie the tubing well clear of the exhaust manifold.
I hope this makes sense, and that its of some use to you.
Cheers

I don't know the size off the top of my head, sorry. I just took the sensor with me done to pirtec and said i wanted a T-piece to fit in the hole the sensor was out of, and that that the sensor needed to be able to fit in the t-piece as well.
I've attached a pic that will hopefully help a bit tho
Cheers
Chris
