i want to put a T2 or a T25 on my car? is it possible? and what will i need to do>?

Is it going on a 3RD GEN Magna ,Verada Have you got the Turbo or do you need to buy it!!

3 to 4 K might be pushing It as I was Qouted 6K plus on a 3.5Lt with factory interals.
I'm gessing its a automatic also extra chash needed there!

Whacking on a Turbo is no simple task..
Internal Strengthening of the Engine, Upgraded fuel supply, Engine management, decompressing the engine, Pipe work and Intecooling all takes a huge amount of work..
I would expect $5000 or $6000 for a simple 8-12psi job..

The more boost you want to run the more money and work has to be done..

The Supercharging path may be able to be achieved for around that kind of money...

with a Budget of $3000 to $4000 look at getting the engine set up for best possible Natural Aspiration...

my costing's are
rebuild $5000, turbo $2000, computer $2000, Exhaust $1000, manifolds $1000 front mount $800

might even stretch the funds for an lsd but yeh its not a cheap process

you dont have to rebuild tho but for reliabilty i would, still i would budget for 10 grand on a pretty entry level turbo setup on a magna, by this i mean turbo, manifolds, ehxaust, CPU, also brake upgrades to pull up the best and then labour ontop of that (dyno tuning aint cheap) and an LSD would be nice too

cost can be kept down if using second hand parts and doing some of the work yourself

For the 3rd Gen a T25 etc might be a bit small.

Are you running twin or single. Might be alright with a twin setup using those turbos but don't expect too much from them.

My single turbo has cost approx $6000 with pretty much all the work being done by myself.

You can run around the 10psi or under using stock internals.
