Install them yourself, it's not really that hard the door trims come off really easy, i think there is a post getting around on how to do it, and if u just connect them up to the wiring harness (which is what JB would probably do) it'll be a breeze.

ah yeah, i can get the door trims off easy enough, but i dont know what to do with the tweeters, where to put them? I wanted to get pods for above the air vents, but cant find them anywhere.

Possibly incorrect.

I think they are the next model of these ones below (from my car)

I had a set and you will need spacers for in the door as your window will hit the coils..

spacers move the speaker further out from the hole (so it sits further way from the window)

You will probably need to make these yourself. I had to for my car as the holes dont match up otherwise.

Preferrably make them out of MDF and then coat them in a water proof sealant.

no wukkas :)

Wind your window down when you attempt the install.. No good screwing them in and then finding your window only goes down 80%

if the Magnet is as big as what those are, you may need to have spacers..
Nothing is impossible in car Audio, just impracticle...

I cannot see them poseing a great threat , only if the Magnet is bigger then the cone itself, but unlikely..

They sound pretty good.. a little bit too much tweeter i think,... i mounted the tweeters on the dash above the air vents.

Is usually the problem with mounting the tweets so high. Best off mounting them in the kick panels or in the lower doors to minimise path length difference.

If you get a chance to play around with them get some blu tack and have a play with positioning down there.

Peace
