How do you manage to get so much money for the head unit and a low budget for speakers? Maybe buy a lower end head unit and get better speakers. Pioneers are good for low budgets, or hertz for a bit higher low-budget. I've got the hsk's without sd'ing them yet so they sound a bit rough.
But with hertz you really have to sound deaden the doors or your not getting its full out of it. in which sd = more money + time.
Rear speakers. get the one that looks the best yet CHEAP, since your not listening to them anyways so who cares.
I know that was terrible advise.

What the hell is the point of getting the best looking speakers when the whole Idea is to hide them under factory grills to reduce theft???
As for not listening to them.. Even if you deadon the doors really well.. you are not going to get low end extension as the door Cavity is alot smaller then the boot...
6x9's are a alternative to a Sub and will get you the low end extension on a low budget...
Get the Head unit you want, then save for the speakers.. your Stock ones will do for the time being...
It is better to get your Fronts done first, followed by your rears..but make sure both are of reasonable Quality or it will be wasted money..
Hertz do Dieci range that would suite your budget..
Just wait till you get a Response from FHRX as he is one who will definately know what they are like...

I assumed with a head unit like that, one would have a decent sub in the car...
But guess your right about the theft issue, i'm just lucky to never have had any problems like that (knock on wood). The Dieci range is cool they are designed for low wattage so you don't really need an amp but it'll be better with one. From memory there wasn't as much bass in my car (ts) as when i put the hsks in and the tweeter is decent.
Go and test them yourself, it's your car so you install what you like.
