Yes : The KE is 3.5LT V6 24 Valve ,I have got this Model!!! It's the first 3RD Gen 3.5 LT ever Made in Mid 1996. No KE'S where made with a 3.0LT
The last of the secound Gen verada's where built in late 1995 and sold in 1996 are you positive it's KE???
Here is picture of 3.5 Lt 24 vavle???
Thanks,

The pic is a TS or similar. Definately 12v 3L. I have a 3L TF 24v. Different TB, plenum, heads, valvetrain, cams, crank, etc, etc.
So I can't do your TB *yet*

12 V crap...
im thinking to get decent power in a NA app i better start chasing a DOHC...

2nd gens are lighter, i like my 12v but 24v would be better not crap though....
the third gens are 24v SOHC you'd be chasing down a 24v DOHC like killbilly's--> they own, as fast as vrx's.

The SOHC's can be made to have just as much power as the DOHC's, just in a different range. The SOHC's are more low end torque..whereas the DOHC's dont come to life till the mid-high range. That is evident if you pit mine against a modded SOHC on a hill.
Mind you mine has an auto tuned ecu and is the 202hp version of the DOHC 24v, not the 220hp one. I dont know what the difference would be in that case.

Its a good thing im in no hurry to do this. I need to realy explore my options.
The sohc 12v could be made to make as much power as a stock 24 DOHC
either way is gonna cost around $3000 and take alot of effort...
What do you guys think?

some thoughts:
An engine replacement is not an activity to be taken lightly. Make sure you have reserves of cash and patience, as it can get away from you. You also need to ensure that your ECU will work with the new engine, or that will need replacing/piggy-backing as well. And so it goes on.
If you do opt for DOHC, the 3 litre non-MIVEC engines seems more readily available and I think is a less expensive conversion that my 3-litre DOHC MIVEC.
DOHC MIVEC should be serviced more frequently cause the oil has further to go and more to do ie activating the 2nd cam profile. Don't know if that applies for non-MIVEC DOHCs. So there is potential for increased running costs compared to SOHC 3.5L.
Weigh up your options, work out what you can afford and allow for contingencies, and then go for the option that works best for you. Of course, if your capital and recurring budget stretches far enough, forced induction gives the best HP per dollar spent.
