Just yesterday I finished doing my CAI I used 5 x 50mm pipes and ran them all to the pod filter. Lastnite as I was cruising and I noticed that when I revved to about 4-4.5 rpm the warning lights on the dash flashed on and off! I think this might be from too much air getting into the engine? Has anyone experienced this? The car sounds much better now, its running more smoother when I accelarate, just the warning lights are pi$$ing me off now!

Which warning lights? Have you rewired the MAS sensor?

If all you have done is run plastic pipes to your pod filter in your engine bay(and you didnt touch the mas sensor) then id say its pure coincidence that your car is now playing up and id say its totally unrelated to the pipes you put it...
Sounds more like your ecu has some series issues.. Get it diagnosed
On a side note, if all you have done is left your pod open in the engine bay a then ran pipes form outside the car and pointed them at it then your wasting your time, it'll have no effect what so ever. It will run no better and no worse

Any pics? I've pondered 4 x 50mm for my TF manual into a POD Box.

I'll take some pics 2nite. I won't need to worry about the flashing lights anymore, I'm not allowed to drive it.

I got 2 speeding fines this morning, and well my parents told me to catch the bus. Which I should really be doing anyway coz its way cheaper and easier for me. Therz no parkin in town and its quicker for me to get to uni by bus than car, so bus it is. Besides if i keep wasting money on my Magna then im neva gonna save up enuf for a s13.

What sort of pod is that? Also did the adaptor to the mas sensor come with the pod, if not where did you get it?

Its a generic pod does'nt have a brand name lol but its identical to the SITOMO pods cotton fibre, they cost bout $25 at REPCO. The adaptor didn't come with it, its an adapter for the LANCER but it fits the TR/TS perfectly (dont know about other models tho), didnt come with the screws tho, so thats why mine look so dodgey. The adapter was also $25, got it from MOTOQUIPE.

well the lights aren't flashing anymore, I did have a lag especially under hard acceleration but its gone aswell, guess the engine got used to the pod filter.
