hey all,
i just got my manual box in the car and i need to fill it up with some oil
specs say 75W/85W Hypoid
i have castrol epx 80W/90W manual box oil,
will this be fine?

80w/90 shouldn't hurt the gearbox, but being slightly thicker than whats reccomended, it might be hard to shift gears when it's cold etc.

Get some motul Gear 300. i think its 75/90 its top stuff, abit pricey but really improves shifting in my opinion
