hey all.

a mates got a verada v6 top end model (the one with the electric seats, and airbag suspention)

problems

its at 200 000 so will need new timing belt soon

does the engine need to come out for this

needs a cv( piece of cake i can do that fine

and the car feels like its floaring on realyl light suspention, i think the compressor might of had it

if the compressor had it can i just use the stock tr/ts front strut towers (i herd something about the verada suspetion not being compatable yet cant seem to find out much help, even from the search)
also herd of ppl using aftermarket compressor, were can i get one from and how hard is it to install

hey, i had an aftermarket compressor put into mine. I'd recommed getting the Tr/Ts struts tho as the compressor is pretty damn loud (might be just the one i have tho), very annoying. I always get weird looks from people when it kicks in.

From memory, having the struts installed will be about the same price as a compressor fitted.
I paid about $700 all up for the compressor and the labour, had to make a soleniod for it tho.
