ok ive finished the custom interior spray. now im going onto neons but before i do that i want to do the rest of the interior.. door trimmings, glove box and the rest of the plastic around the centre console, boot floor and sides (wagon), and footwells.
i have check plates in the footwells so that will protect whatever i put down, as for the rest they will get little use and exposure being where they are.
what kind of materials could be a possibility? leather, vinyl, pleather, suede, etc? my thought was just some pleather (fake leather) with an underlay for the boot and footwells. and maybe vinyl for the doors and the plastic around the console?
also thought about cutting some mdf to fit the boots snugly and then underlay and pleather it.
(oh and pleather has the grain vinyl does not)
has anyone got any suggestion on the type of material to use and im guessing an adhesive spray for the doors and that..??! really wouldnt be that hard if you got it right!! help me out!

Tack it if you can.. or staples...
Glue wont hold.

umm you can get glue that im sure would hold it like a contact glue. you brush this stuff on both sides (on the fabric and the other surface) and when you but them together they stick they use it to hold sander pads on to sanders so im sure it would hold and then staple on the other side
