Attached is a drawing sent from Quaife, they are not sure if this LSD will fit, but it is designed for the Mitsu Eclipse FWD turbo.

So does anyone know if the magna manual gearbox is the same as the Eclipse? or in other words are Eclipse's the same as FTO's?
Or, if anyone has their front diff lying around, or even a cusco unit, could you please check the sizings according to the attached drawing?

The quaife lsd seems promising, its supposedly the same design as the ralliart magna (helical torque sensing) rather than clutch pack type - cusco - , so it should be gentler for street use, and doesn't need servicing! :P but is probably more expensive :doubt:

sorry dude he's talking about a Quaife LSD not a Cusco LSD these are totally different types of LSD, a Quaife (the best) is a "Gear" type and a Cusco is a "Clutch" type (Simple but effective)...

the drawing quaife sent me is for a FWD eclipse turbo, which according to their parts list, is different to the V6 6G72 version. Your link and part number i'm betting is the right one.
so, we'll just have to try to fit one....
pricing is about aus$1490 unit only, maybe more.
