All my Previous Cars had over the top installs.
All the Speakers were amped and my Mondeo had a Sound system with a Total power of 800 W RMS Cabling and Power wires were running under the carpets down the sides of the car and was a bugger to un install.. So this time around with my Magna I have Simplfied my Sound system and I am still Impressing People who I catch up with for cruises...

So by keeping the system simple I have eliminated the risks of noise and fire risk and still have enough to impress and enjoy without going broke and Over board..

So Just a Quick Run Down of how simple my Set up is..

Head unit choice was the JVC KDG615, why?? cause it has all the features I wanted in a Nice and Reliable Package, sure there is no TV screen or Fancy Lights that go flash, but it does play MP3 and does have a Remote for when I go in Sound offs..

Fronts: Well I went for over all Sound Quality with out neeeding to Deadoning, so I used a Magnat Xtract 6.5 inchwoofer as it plays clean lows and Punch with an Xtract Cross over connected to a Clarion Tweeter, the Clarion Tweeter is Bright and small in size so it doesn't mess up the Appearance of the Front stage and Could be mounted with Blu Tac as I didn't want to go about putting Holes into the door trim and the front Stage sound great..

Rears: Blaupunkt GTX 6930, 3-way 6x9's, they help provide the necessary punch to the system.. I would not be without them, they are not overly Bright so they don't over power the front stage... I would not be without them...

AMP.. I have a Jensen XA4100 4 chnnel amp with one Channel Bridged powering my sub, the other Channel is there just Incase I want to upgrade to a Dual Sub setup.. But I doubt it..

Sub.. A Magnat Bullpower 300.. This sub only Cost me $130.. It is the Cheapest made Magnat Sub and I have installed it into an Aerpro Ported enclosure so that was $99.
Build quality would be level with a Clarion or Pioneer sub.
Cabling : Aerpro 2-Channel Amplifier kit with 8 Gauge Power wires and Blade type fuse holder
with a Pair of RCA Splitters to wire up to the four channel Amp.
This Setup has cost me a total of $839..
So you see you do not have to Spend Big Bux to get Big Sound..

I saved a Huge amount by installing it myself..
