I need sum help with fibre glassing im pretty much on the way ready i just nead to know wat i need to make shapes and how thick it needs to be do i have to foam it and sound deadin it. just some help here would be good. i wanna stick 3 12" subs in one sqaure kicker and 2 round epsilons.

with all that... your gonna have to deadden your boot a few times over :)

make sure you determin the volume for your sub(s) before you do. I just did my own FG sub box last week, and i got lucky with the volume :D

you dont need to foam it (unless you want to get huge shapes where i guess you could FG them seperatly then attach them to the main unit. Else biggish bumps n curves you can you modelling clay, or smallish curves some fiberglass clay/bog. )

are you going to put ALL those subs in the one air-sharing space? or are you planning to box them off seperatly? but your generally looking at 4-7 layers, depending on how strong you want it to be.

I can't decide whether i should FG my boot these holidays. I'd rather save up for a different car tho.... :doubt:

id loveeeeeeeeeeee to do one of these would be an awesome project, but um how much would this set me back, and if anyone went to that website listed above, the guy had a computer in his car, with all the bumps and stuff, wouldnt the HDD of carked it by now?

Glassing a Boot take big Moolah and a lot of Calculation's cause if you mess it up it takes a lot to undo.. I am sticking with MDF and Carpet and Black Spray paint for my Install.

i dont see why it would cost that much... a few hundred for materials (if you were to do the abosolute whole boot)... :|
