Hey Guys...
Now that I have a bit more cash I wanted to finish off my system by replacing the stock Eurovox speakers in the parcel shelf with something of a little better quality. I don't want to spend crazy amounts of money but I still want them to be on par with the rest of my system. (Check my profile).
Can anyone suggest some speakers??
I am also intending to get one of those iPod cables that interface with the Alpine head units. Does anyone know much about these? Are they worth it? Any flaws I should know about?
Thanks for your help all! :D Look forward to reading your responses.

Hmmn. You have Focal fronts and an Alpine Sub.. Without spending a tonne you won't get quality to match those for anything less then $200
Look at Alpine Type S 6x9's for your back shelf, I do have to ask though, why do you want rear fill when your system should rock as it is??

Well the Eurovox speakers are shot to ****, and on the rare occasion when I have passengers in the back all they get is a heap of bass from the sub and nothing else... I've tuned the system the best I can but sitting in the back for long periods of time is still not a pleasant experience! I just want to ballance the whole system out and finish it off.

Well to keep with the High Quality of your System, Alipne Type S, Herts DSK693
Boston FX9 are a few I can think of that would not cost the earth ( Apart from Bostons)
and blend in well with the rest of your system.
What ever you do .. Don't buy Kenwood....

Alpine cables are good apparently, but it is a bit slow to load and to browse. Good for simple play pause next track type functions.
When u upgrade ur rears make sure you highpass them around 150-200 hz to stop any cancellation issues with ur sub.
No need to spend heaps there. Money may be better off spent deadening front doors imo. Mounting baffles etc (if it hasnt been done already) How much power's going into the fronts? They are running off the amp i take it?
