This question is directed to all those people with pacemaker extractors on their 3L engines. Do they give you more low down torque? due to the fact that i have an auto i really want so more guts off the line. All opinions welcome

to be honest i didnt notice much...... but that was probly due to the fact that my car was off the road for 5 weeks, and the same day i finally got it back, the pacemakers and the K&N panel went on at the same time.

in your profile it says you've a TJ, but only a 3.0L engine. are you sure it's not a 3.5L. i didn't think they came in 3.0L anymore

yeh,TJ's came out with a 3.0ltr as well....
as for the pacemakers, i said in another post they kick in at about 3000rpm.... so if off the line performance is what your after look elsewhere

In an auto the short answer is if you want to get of the line faster get a higher stall converter (got one on my mums Accord V6 3.0 when the tranny was getting rebuilt and it's the best way to fly of the line in a pi** weak auto).
In my manual 3.0, Pacemakers gave me back some of the bottom end torque I lost when going for a free-flowing muffler. Before the Lukey I had a reasonable torque from 1500rpm...with the Lukey muffler torque didn't come in until 2500rpm or so (massive increase in midrange/top-end)....
but when I got my pacemakers the long length of the primary pipes helps restore some/most of the torque spread I lost. On a 3.0L you will notice more of a broad spread of power across the range as opposed to the 3.5L that seems to only benefit @ the top end (prolly cause the 3.5L does it's best work down low anyway)
PS my old car was a TH Sports (manual) with Lukey and Pacemakers etc...transplanted them onto my TF Sports when the TH was written off....
