No its only when the cluth is engaged 100%
its a worse shaking as the rpm\load gets higher like changind down gears is reeal bad.

Yeah, will require a new clutch and a new flywheel too I would reckon.
Sounds like your clutch was on it's last legs, and one of the bolts on the friction material has come off and totally f*cked (technical term) your flywheel.
Still, you won't really know until you get it all out and have a good look at it. Mine needs looking at too, but it's more to do with the fact I burn clutches often :D
Mine shudders as you are letting the clutch out, you can feel the plate bouncing off the flywheel.
New clutch with higher capacity pressure plate here I come!

I told you to cut the corner's off any sticker's. You have to get aerodynamics. Pointy sticker's means no go.

i've actually been getting this a bit lately aswell... only under acceleration and slowing down... i took it to one place and it didn't really happen, they said it could have been engine mount/shocks/diff/CV's but seeing it wasn't depending on speed and it didn't speed up or slow down at all really, i had no idea what it was! looks like this could be a go but seeing the clutch is only about 5,000k's old i'm hoping its not!
