I've just gotten a mongoose alarm installed into my KR verada, and its supposed to be able to hook up to the factory central locking, but the guy that installed the alarm said he wasnt able to make the central locking work when the remote is activated because the central locking is too quick for the alarm or something?

Anyone had this problem before or have any ideas?

my alarm and central locking are both fine

when i have my alarm installed, they needed extra relay to make the central locking work on all doors. when you buy an alarm, you dont ask for a quick one or a slower one. once you press the remote, they do the same thing which is to activate the central locking whether its a quick or slow one. if there is such a thing, forgive my ignorance.
