i bet no-one gets my lame joke. or likes it. anyway
i need to know the weight of a few things. i know alot of peeps here strip these cars, but the parts im curious about i either no longer or cannot be bothered to remove.
i need the weight of the followwing

sedan petrol tank.. empty.
wagon petrol tank.. empty.
digi dash gauge.
analog dash gauge
manual transmission
auto transmission
wagon tailgate
each glass section from the B pillar back. (that is all glass after the front doors).. on a wagon.

and if i think of anymore ill post em up.
if someone could get me the weight of some or all of those it would be much appreciated. TY

Both dashes weigh about a kiloish.

Rest, wait, and I'll find out approximates for you.

Heavy! i can pick them up, but requires some knee bending...

may i ask why you want to know? I mean you cant exactly take out the fuel tank to make the car lighter.

The wagon petrol tank will be heavier than the sedans, slightly, because its bigger!
