Ive got a phoenix gold Titanium sub.
The boot rattles to the **** house, theres so much rattling i cant pin point it to where its coming from.
Im going to sound deaden the boot aswell as the front doors, but i need help as to where to place the SD in the boot on a 2nd. The doors are easy to do.

Who has Sound Deaden there 2nd gen boot before or who can help me out, Which are the main bits that rattle? eg like the top of the boot, the side, the number plate area etc etc. thanks.

number plate area for sure, if you have a plstic number plate surround be sure to remove it.

Also remove your number plate and cut a piece of carpet or foam slightly smaller than the size of your number plate place it behind your number plate and screw it back on. That should stop your number plate from rattling.

I'd recommend the use of Dynamat (http://www.webaudiodirect.com.au/index.php?cat_id=27&catname='Sound%20Deadening') or Stinger Roadkill (http://www.webaudiodirect.com.au/index.php?cat_id=27&catname='Sound%20Deadening') for sound deadining your doors and boot area.

Yeh i used sound off paint to get in between all the braces on the boot, then used astromat. WOuld definetly recommend roadkill (used that on my front doors) and dynamat (the best deadener around)

Just target the largest panels. Then work from there, I need to deaden under the spare tyre, get some shocking noise from there...

Peace
