I'm currently looking at a series 2 sports and i noticed in the specs they say 8 speakers but i could only find 6.
Could anyone tell me where the other 2 are located? I know there's the front doors plus tweeters near the mirrors and the rear 6x9's.

Had this problem come up when i was working for Mitsubishi.. I think it was they are a 2 way speaker in the door or something so they classed it as 2 speakers as there was atweeter in the centre.. I could be wrong.. It was a few years aso.. :D

Yeh they class the two way coaxials as two speakers im pretty sure...

More likely 2 way 6x9s since there is a dedicated tweater in the pods up top, but other than that you're most likely spot on.
