im not a fan of the te-tf nose, (you know the greay palstic ones?) jsut doesnt look very nice, however ive seen some coloured ones on some magnas, that look pretty nice i think its the sports model? i have a green exec, was thinking about telling the panelbeaters to paint it green while my car is being fixed (GIO decided to pay up, accdient i had with someone changing lanes few weeks ago). What do you think? also thinking about getting them to fit some new headlight globes, (thses white looking ones)

Yeah get them to paint it for ya, will probably cost a couple of dollars extra while they do the work, but I dont think they will fit in the white globes for free.
And anyways it is easy enough to do, they are just a clip off design, just dont touch the globe with your fingers, it gets oil on it and blows the bulb.

Get them to colour code your rear garnish plate too, and your side mirrors and side stripes if there not already done. :D

Yeah, the Sports models had colour coded ones (at least on the TH.) Mine is. Looks a lot better imho.

Mine's green as well and my boss at work drives one too that hasn't had the grill colour coded to the car and we both agree mine looks a lot neater. Can't go wrong with doing it IMO.

Just don't go out and fit a chrome Verada grille and do nothing else! I think that looks worse. The colour coded grille does look the goods.

And when you're next in GIO paying them you're insurance, find out if you can have it noted on th policy that you have had the grille painted (they should have the capabilities to do this, we do at NRMA). If you do this, then if you ever have another accident, you're more likely to have it repaired/repainted to how you have had it done. Otherwise, you'll be back to grey.

Definitely. TE Execs did not come from the factory like that.

Hey, well i put a set of those standard 60/55W (the blue ones), that put out the snow white light say $30 a pair - shocking! it was a faint light. However a friend put in a top quality set of blue bulbs that put out the white light - he reckons there fantasic, but he paid something like near $30 each for them (osram/hella brand). Keep in mind u still have got the inner high beam - which totals 4 globes.

Yeah, I had gathered that it was not stock as the Grille seems to have been professionally done.. The bumper also looks too new for its age no Chips or anything like that , which on a car that is approaching 10 years old would have been expected..
