Could anyone tell me the easiest way to remove a rear bumper for a TR Wagon, and is there a method to repair dents in these plastic bars. Cheers. Buzz.

I had a gen2 magna wagon that had the corner of the rear bumper pushed in.
To get it roughly back in shape I used a room heater about 1ft back from the bumper for a few mins and heated the plastic till it just softened. Then I lay under the car and pushed the bumper corner out by hand with gloves on and with instructions from my girlfriend who was watching the outside line of the bumper.
