the sump plug in my car was put on too tight by a mechanic i cant undo any suggestions also is 24m the right size for the sump plug thankyou

I think from past expirience it is a 24mm bolt. Youll need a wrench to take it off most likely. shouldnt be to hard unless theve put it on with a rattle gun :shock:

Yep....24mm is right....but whatever you do dont use a shifter......try to get a 6 point socket for it......so that it doesnt round itself to ****house.....this will allow you to give it full pressure without rounding...

Try undoing the nut when engine cold.. Then of course do it back up and dump oil when its warm..

Things expand with heat.. :D
