Hey All,
I have recently lost my power steering i checked and all the powersteering fluid had leaked out. I refilled it and then found where the leak was coming from. Behind the front left tyre on the steering arm there is rubber seal, and just between the two it leaks out from there like somthing chronic...its on a TE if its any help to any1 but im not sure what to do about it, is it something i can fix myself or not...?

Mate, I had the same problem. To fix it properly you'd have replace the rack and fork out some serious money. But what I did, I got some Lucas power steering stop leak fluid and topped it up. It is guaranteed to work (it says on the bottle) if your p/steering isn't totally f*****.
It worked for me. After I started topping up with Lucas it stopped within few days and it hasn't leaked since (6 months.) knock on wood.
