Hey,
Last time I pulled off the trim on the rear door I was looking for somewhere which would allow me but didnt find anywhere...
In any of the models or classes (Verada, ralliart etc) is there already provisions for speakers in the back or are there ones that have speakers in rear doors as stock and if so what size are they? Do they stock Executives (TH) have spaces at all or has anyone put any in and would you have to rig up an MDF mount or something like that?

Stick with the stock provisions.. Get your Fronts done, followed by replacing the Sound Force 6x9's you have down the back ( Although I was impressed with how they sounded) and then get your Sub sorted out before going into rear door speakers...

There are no stock provisions for speakers in the rear doors, you will have to do some serious cutting and fabrication to make them fit, as I've had done using mdf rings to mount the speakers on axis and some sound deadning as necessary to fill any holes etc.
With only a very quick system tune this has made a huge difference to my rear fill and I possibly have a little too much volume in the rear now which is having a drag effect on the fronts giving the illusion that they are pulling towards the rear, so until I have my centre-channel speaker installed (5-1/4" 3-way Eclipse splits) I've got the fader set to slightly favour the fronts to compensate for this.
Sounds good though (and i'm yet to do any sound deadning which should improve the allready amazing mid-bass further), the rear passengers love it and it will only get better with plans for the EQ/DSP and centre-speaker not to far away, and lets not forget the subs either. :D
But i'm sure if you ask other people they will give you different answers, and it wouldn't surprise me if most favour going subs before rear doors as that is the more common practice.
cheers,
Chris
