I bought some sound-deadening material, Stinger 12sq feet of it today, despite the hefty price tag on it, it'd have to be one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's the door kit, just chucked it all on the boot so far, I couldn't care less about the doors at the moment. Great product, just thought I'd let you know, open for discussion on other sound-deadening material products, and so on.

Cool.. I will eventually get around to Carpetting my boot lid with some spray on Deadoner underneath it..

It's made a huge difference to the boot, to the point where I cannot hear any rattling from inside the cabin. On the outside, there's a little rattle from the boot, but barely hearable. (Though I still have to fix the rear garnish as that's rattling like crazy). The price was $160 for the 12sq feet, kind of expensive, I know.

Yerr u can get 12 sq m for about $138 from autobarn. Enought to cover 2 doors well.

Deaden behind that entire boot garnish panel otherwise it. Would have been better used on the fronts if they're amped imo. But if you have a big bass heavy system at least uv deadened ur boot.

I hate hearing boots buzzing... SO embarassing.

I used astromat on my boot, but Stinger Expert on the front doors, the Stinger stuff is very easy to apply.
You don't need to fully cover the whole boot for good results, just the larger panels, its suffice to checker the coverage as well.

s_tim_ulate: Yeah, I've still got some left to do the front doors, I might even do a little bit on the parcel shelf, I mean theres only little problems in the doors that need fixing. After all that's done, I'll work out what to do with the boot garnish, god damn old cars :(
