Does anyone know if you can get clear covers for the red courtesey light in the front doors?

and they would be illegal anyway, they are red for a reason...Safety so when you open the door traffic behind you can see your door...

Actually there is no ADRs for the door lights as they aren't required. They are only fitted because they are a good idea, and look classy. Actually, a clear/red lens would be good if the clear bit shined onto the ground as a puddle light, although most puddle lights are pretty much useless. I just fond it strange that only the front doors have them on Magnas, the rear door is open for ages putting the baby in.

I have clear ones in my doors, a mate got them while in the USA, they are from the NAS diamante. Check out attached picture

My Lynx came standard with Clear Door Lights. Red looks more classy I think will be the reasoning behind having red

The KE/KF veradas came with ground lights under the doors. They were great to see what was on ground at night before you got out. They stopped them from the KH onwards. Dont know why. COst cutting no doubt. Maybe try a set of them.

No it isn't; they are purely a courtesy system, not a rearward warning system. And the person opening the door should be looking for approaching cars, not the other way around!

I like the red cover. Green would be interesting though.

As for a light that shines onto the ground, that gives me a great idea for whenever, or if i ever want to make some custom fibreglass door pods. Put some LEDs or a white ccfl tube under the pocket.
