Just been sussin out AM Shop (again) and i was looking at shocks and suspension. I am looking at a set of 17's for my KR, so i'll (apparently) need new shocks and suspension.
Whats my best bang for buck when it comes to both shocks and suspension?

Also, where is the best place to go? I am really unsure about who to speak to, my luck leads to dodgy mechanic's doing work on my car :?

cheers,
Cam.

If you have an XI KR you wouldhave Electronic Suspension? If so go to madmagna and have a look at the tech sheet on this topic. Everyting you will need to knowis there. If you are putting 17"s on your car you do not have to change suspension, but it will look better. The othere thing with ECS is you can adjust the height sensors to make the car sit lower as well providing the ecs system is all working ok.

oh.. nah.. at some stage, the person who had the car before me changed the suspension, so they removed the ecs, and its control unit and repaced them with normal ones (i dunno what type tho)

So i guess i will need some new (lower ones :D ).

Cheers,
Cam.

from wot i have been told, it is not a worthwhile venture. It only has 3 modes (from memory), Hi, Sports and Very Hi. Nothing special. Or so i am told.
