just wondering if surfboards fit inside the station wagons.

see, i was going to buy some roof racks for my TR 4 banger sedan, but i might be in the position to purchase a manual v6 station wagon *droolz*

Dunno, but my bodyboards fit quite nicely! :P


OK, to be constructive, I fitted in a bookcase a few weeks ago that's a bit over 6ft, with the front passenger seat still up. Pain in the arse though, 'cause I have a crash barrier, with my 6x9's bolted to it, so had to unbolt everything and slide in the bookcase with the barrier lying on top (speakers still attached - think I need to come up with a quick-release mechanism).
But yeah, if you don't have a crash barrier, should be able to fold down the 1/3 seat (side, not middle like sedans) and fit one in. I think.

my boards and a mates 6"4' or so boards fit in my sedan just don't like the combination of salt + leather
