hey all, Just finding Out what AMC Members like having in their Boot for Bass....

So do you like Free air with the Sub poking out the Ski Port ?
Do you like Rear loaded subs so when you pop the Boot you can see the Glory ???

Do you like Small 8 inch Active Subs on the Rear Shelf??

Do you have your Ideal setup in your ride at the moment with the subs you like ??

Do You like Sealed or Ported Enclosures ?

Do you like a Sub set up that rocks the car but would make your Eyes hurt if you looked at it ??
Do you Like all looks and little performance ???

Me I have the Ideal Sub set up in my TE, Two Magnat XTC 1200 12 inch Long throw subs
they have all the Punch and rumble I need and looks unreal and goes hard with only 50W RMS , so I have Efficientcy and potentcie that sounds as good as it looks...

It's hard to answer the question on what I like in terms of ported or sealed, considering I believe it's dependant on the music genre that is most frequently played. The subwoofers are often designed for a particular enclosure, so that is also dependant. I currently only have the 1 12" Earthquake DB12-R subwoofer with a ported box (designed specially for the magna boot, and for the subwoofer itself to ensure maximum bass :-)). Am I pleased with the sound? Sure, but I hate being the only person that can't show off their subwoofer(s). Everyone I know shows them pumping (doesn't sound anywhere near as good, but they get the attention!) Hehe, ahh well, not long till I get my fibreglassin' skills to the test, muhahaha, that'll show 'em!
