Hiya people I was wondering when I should change the manual gearbox oil in my TH Sports. It's ticked over 103000ks now so I'm just wondering when. Any info is welcome.

depends on how u drive and when it was last changed either way I change mine approx every 20000kms or if I get cold (or warm) gear crunch etc. Go by our service manual and service records and if your not sure when it was last done/next due or your box is acting a bit dodgy change it out...
Generally a semi-synthetic 75w-85 GL4 gear oil is about $11 a bottle, trans capacity is 2.7L so you need three...
I use Castrol Syntrans (full synthetic) but @ $24 a bottle it's not cheap...but you can leave it in longer and never have to worry about it catching or crunching so I reckon it's worth it...

we trust and do the Motul Gear 300 in our everyday cars, performance street cars and race cars. Pretty much the only gearbox oil we use, because we know it's not something you have to change often and it's extremely important for the performance. We use it in rally cars also. Depending on where you are $21/L

i doubt any oil could be that good or last long enough to justify that expense. you could change the gearbox oil over 4 times using the stuff said above at $11 bux for a litre!

Likewise I've heard the REDLINE is the sh!t, all my skyline driving mates run it in their boxes.

I think they all used the Lightweight shock-proof stuff from memory.
