As per the thread title, will a TH (1999 model) bonnet fit and line up properly on a TJ (2002 model)?

The grille isn't an issue as it would likely be a custom job to match the reworking of the bonnet.

Yes it will bolt up and you as you said, its a custom grill so you should be right. Is this for your Ralliart?

Possibly - Considering going down the path of an Evo5/6 style bonnet like Tbutcher's old ride if I can do it cheaply enough and as for the grille I was thinking something like what DVS did with his.

u should see if any one wants a swap on the forum, that way u could swap yur grill aswell, save u a bit of dosh...

When i bought my front bar off ozeparts.com.au i arranged to pick it up from the warehouse myself (Brisbane, but i beleive they would have them in most capital cities) so i didnt have to pay postage. Also sign up for membership for free and you get a further 10% off :)
