Dont bother man... Boss is crap imho!
Stick with what you've got until u get some money to upgrade seriously. Then look at Digital Designs, Eclipse, Rockford, Boston, Hertz, Phoenix Gold etc...
That amp wont run it... It is a 5 channel amp... ie for 4 speakers and a sub. You want a monoblock, or at least a powerful two channel that you can bridge.
That amp will only give your sub 150 watts... I can scream louder than that... Well maybe not... :p

Don't get Boss....
If you are after an in expensive 15 inch sub then go with Jaycar...
It is best to get an amp that has more power then your sub is capable of handling that way you can power it without putting strain on the Amp...
I would stick with 12 inches as the delay on a 15 inch sub is pretty big..If you are after more Bass then go for Two 12 inch subs in a ported enclosure
ok well, i guess the next thing is, to have dual 12" subs, im guessing i will need 2 of the same sub, because im guessing if you have two differnt one one will be working at differnt levels than the other, and a more powerfuly amp. What are the huge capicitor things that you see for and will i need one?
In the amp's i dont have heaps of money to spend can you recommend a mid range solution that wont break my balls.

A Cap Discharges power to your amp when it needs high current for Bass Hits, Generally they are not needed..
Now, you could get Two Eclipse 12 inch Subs and an Enclosure for around $460 if you look around...
ok thats kinda in the price range, and what kinda dollars for an amp to power those two?

Any of the ones FHRX has above will do it nicely, my friend is using a Boss 1200W Amp to power his, while I don't reccomend BOSS his are sounding OK and he only payed $190 for his Amp...
Sweet cheers for that guys :)
