unless u wanna get fiddly n kno what u r doing dont try and modify a TE/TF grill, its no fun

get ur hands on a TH grill, is a whole load easier, im just waiting for my hand to heal then il be modifying a TH grill

yeah i wasnt gunna do it to mine i was gunna buy one from the reckers and work on that so if i **** it up i still have my own grill

cops will ping ya for anything if they're in the right mood... my dad was warned once when he had a dented tailgate that if it wasnt fixed in 14 days his car would be deemed un-roadworthy and every second commodore ute has a dent in the tailgate.... was barely any damage at all...

i was just plannin on doin that to my TE. But haven realy looked all that hard into it. i want to get a new mitsi badge for the centre of the grill though

i got told 4 times by cops that it wass defectable, one cop gave me a reason after i asked he said "if i hit a pedestrian the radiator would cut them up" no offence but im sure the bumper and bonnet would be more of a concern if i was trying to mow down a pedestrian, not only that i would have to be going pretty fast to get a pedestrian to dent in the bonnet/bumper before they would even hit the radiator, so im sure a bit of flimsy plastic wouldnt really help :nuts: :nuts:

I got told by a local law enforcer you needed a grill to reduce the chance of a theif opening you bonnet...
