Hey guys Ive been looking around at TH Advance wagons to buy for a work vehicle. I have noticed on the ones I have tested that there is a slight but noticable vibration when in drive but stopped (ie foot on the brake at the lights). Is this a typical characteristic in this model?

the magnas have a fairly rough idle from factory, one way to "reduce" not overcome this problem or possible cause of this problem is the engine mounts....the way the front wheel drive setup and the direction the engine is placed in the engine bay puts a bi of stress on the mounts...especially the front one.

Ended up buying a '99 TH Advance with 110ks (yay 100k service done) on the clock in great condition with new tyres & 12 months rego for $14250.

Normally we buy vt/vx commys and whilst the magna isnt quite as large I have already clocked up 600ks and reckon that it is a nicer car on long drives - especially on poor terrain.

Still not convinced on the whole FWD thing... Will look into getting a AWD early next year.

Thanks for the advice guys!
