Okai, i found a few spots were water is leaking inside the car.
If you stand in front of a 2nd gen, and look towards the windscreen. Go to the bottom left hand side of the widscreen, this is also where the boot hinge is. Theres bits of rubber around the hinge and up against the windscreen that has come loose and water is getting through this. Also the rubber stuff around the sides of the windscreen is coming off aswell, only a tiny bit but enough to let water in.
How do i seal this up, what product to you guys reccomend? thanks.

for the bits of rubber around the doors i used some basic pva i think it was which just helped seal it up properly. I had some leaking around my tail lights and i just used sellys all clear no more gaps stuff. hasnt leaked yet and ive got no idea if its eating away the paint coz its all still stuck down.

Do not use silicone on a car......!!!!!!

The rubber seal has nothng to do water sealing, your screen seal is probably old and leaking, they can be re sealed however the screen will prob be old thus need replacing, at only $170ish get a new screen installed.
