yes after 220 000 km's the clutch has started to show signs of slipping.

is it an easy job ? would just a normal clutch be fine or recomend getting a heavier one ??

normal clutches are quite fine but like any stock clutch give way under hard driving after a period of time.

depends how hard you drive....if you drive hard and want a heavy clutch then go for an after market one...cost a bit though

id be quite happy with the stock clutch as the feel nice and are pretty good

yeh i kinda drop the clutch a fair bit.

the stock lasted this long so far so maybe another wont be so bad

thats right! if you know how to thrash a car and keep the damage caused to a minimum then it will last quite a while!.....

If you want a heaver duty unit then I highly recommend the RPW custom semi ceramic paddle wheel clutch.

That's the one I got, and it's amazing.

i heard RPW has an aftermarket clutch kit that is far better than the standard clutch, i think they are similar in price too, might be worth looking into to.

the rpw one is about 700 bucks. They're not similar in price..but when you think of the performance benefit and the greater longevity of it. Then it's worth it.

It was for me anyway with what Im going to do

i would recommend being patient. I mean why settle for something not as good for similar money, u might as well wait the extra week to have years of more fun

There is 2 types of clutch that RPW offers. There is a lower spec one and there is a custom semi ceramic paddle wheel which is what I got. I think the AM one is the lower spec one. I had to especially request this one from Blake, he did a great job in getting it for me tho ;)
